What is the lead time for a custom wall bed?
Our typical lead time is 4–6 weeks from the time of design approval, depending on the complexity of your order. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process with clear timelines and delivery scheduling.
What happens if something arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging and delivery, but if anything arrives damaged, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge. Just let us know within 7 days of delivery and we’ll resolve it quickly.
What are your payment terms?
We require a 50% deposit at the time of order confirmation, with the remaining balance due on or just before installation day. Payments can be made via bank transfer or card.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes — all Wardroberry products come with a 5-year workmanship and materials guarantee. You can count on lasting quality and support should anything go wrong.
